The PREMIEE insert is an absorbent pad that captures baby’s milk stools. It has no elastic bands and features the NO-CRUSH system at the legs, which gently wraps and seals the baby’s legs, preventing any leakage onto the diaper or clothing, while ensuring no marks are left on the baby’s skin.

The Premiee absorbent insert is a special kind of insert used in baby diapers in the Premiee size.
